Commission Info

If you are interested in some art from me…

First make sure I am taking commissions. I try to only take a certain number of commissions at a time to ensure people do not have to wait too long for their picture. So first, contact me! You can either email me at auiler.tiffany@gmail.com or if you have a Deviantart account send me a note on my page.

Once I get your message I will respond as soon as I can. If I am not taking commissions I can put you on a waiting list so you get priority when I have a spot. If I am taking commissions the process is as follows…

1. Once I agree to take your commission you email me the details of what you want. References are welcome, but not needed. Price will be determined by the guide listed further down.

2. I will send you a sketch for approval of your commission and make any revisions as needed.

3. Once the sketch is approved I will wait for you payment to clear on my paypal account, or to receive it in the mail if you pay by check/money order.

4. As soon as I have payment I will work on finalizing your commission and then send you a high resolution copy. If you need your piece to be a certain size please state that at the beginning. For an extra charge I can print and mail a hard copy and sketch of your piece to you, otherwise I can send you written permission to print your piece for personal use only.

Note: If you want a series of pictures or a rather large commission we can draw up a more formal contract to ensure both of us are clear on what is agreed too. This process is for character designs, paintings and personal work.

 

Pricing

All prices are what I have determined to be fair for the time I invest in each piece and the quality of art you are receiving. I do understand the economy is tight so I am willing to make payment plans for commissions. Ask your message to me if you are interested in this.

Note: Prices are subject to change and should your commission be more detailed or require more effort then my normal pieces there may be an added charge. I will discuss that with you BEFORE any payment is sent. Don’t worry, I won’t just demand more from you if we have already agreed on a price.

-Sketches- $10

Sketches are detailed depictions of your request, usually with one character and a simple background. Additional characters are $5 each.

Examples:

-Lineart- $20

Lineart is of one character, full body or bust. Outfits can be detailed etc, but the background will be simple.  Additional characters are $5 more each and background costs will vary on its complexity.

Examples:

-Digitally colored- $40

Colored pieces are one character, full body or bust. Simple or no background. Additional characters are $5 more each and background costs will vary on its complexity.

-Payment Methods-

I accept Paypal, checks and money orders. All payment methods must clear before you will receive a high resolution file of your commission. This is to protect me from the kind of people who refuse to pay for my time.

As I said before I am willing to make payment arrangments, ie: You pay $10 one week, and $10 a few weeks later and so on.
